Prayer is the means by which we speak to God, we confess our sins to God, we praise and worship him and ask for his help. Jesus spent much of his time in prayer and he taught his disciples The Lord’s Prayer “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we have also forgiven our debtors.
